She has led large-scale transformation efforts in both emerging and developed economies, improving customer operations, streamlining procurement, and enabling digital innovation.

Before joining Anchora, Isabella held key roles at Telefónica, Samsung, Zurich Insurance, and Sura, where she drove cross-functional initiatives focused on international expansion, operational efficiency, and stakeholder alignment. Her ability to bridge cultures and systems has made her a trusted leader in high-growth environments.

She is fluent in Portuguese, English, Spanish, and German and holds a postgraduate diploma in Global Business from the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School.
